§ Mr. Chris PattenMy right hon. Friend the then Minister for Overseas Development met the executive director of UNICEF last March and discussed emergency programmes in Africa and the global immunisation campaign. I shall be meeting the deputy executive director, Dr. Richard Jolly, this Wednesday. I agreed on 8 October to contribute £1 million to support programmes in Mozambique and the immunisation programme in Botswana and Lesotho.
