HC Deb 03 November 1986 vol 103 cc303-4W
65. Mr. Wallace

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he plans to increase aid to the front-line states adjoining South Africa.

Mr. Chris Patten

We maintain substantial programmes of assistance to Botswana, Mozambique and Zimbabwe, the front-line states adjoining South Africa. British aid to all the countries in the region is kept under review.
