§ Mr. HayhoeIn 1984, 76.6 per cent. of periodontal treatments were approved under item 3(a) and 17.6 per cent. under item 5(a). Information for the period from October 1985 is not yet available, and would not be comparable as the definition of item 5(a) changed substantially in October 1985.
