Mr. Jim Callaghanasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will arrange for an exhibition relating to restored historic buildings in Leningrad to be displayed in the Upper Waiting Hall.
§ Mr. RifkindI understand that arrangements have been made with the authorities of the House for such an exhibition proposed by the hon. Member to be held in the Upper Waiting Hall from 15–19 April.
