Dr. Roger Thomas

asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many wards are unable to accept patients in each of the health authorities in Wales at the present time; what are the specific reasons for such wards being closed; and how long each individual closure has lasted.

There are presently 19 wards closed in hospitals in the Principality, and these are listed together with the reasons and length of time each closure has lasted.
