§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales what information he has to the number of pupils, over the age of 11 plus, not being educated in comprehensive schools, bilingual and otherwise, in each of the local education authorities in Wales; and how many are in schools providing special education commensurate with the pupils' physical and mental state.
§ Mr. John Stradling ThomasThe total numbers of pupils aged 11 years and over as at 31 August 1983 in schools outside the comprehensive sector in Wales at January 1984 are as follows:

The total numbers of pupils, by age, receiving special education at primary and secondary schools, special schools or units and at independent and non-maintained schools is not collected centrally.
