(2) if he is satisfied with the qualifications of the staff employed by Air Call plc.
§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeIt is for each family practitioner committee, on the advice of its deputising services subcommittee, to satisfy itself as to the standard of care provided by general practitioner deputising services operating in its locality.
