§ Sir George YoungThe current financing and precepting arrangements for the Lee Valley regional park authority are set out in the Lee Valley Regional Park Act 1966. The proposed abolition of the GLC will require alternative arrangements to be made, and those alternatives will be discussed with the authorities concerned once the responses to the White Paper "Streamlining the Cities" have been considered.
