§ Mr. Gouldasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what information gathered from the United Kingdom's missions abroad or from elsewhere, his Department had at the time of the visit of the Prime Minister to Oman in April 1981, about the interest shown by Cementation and by any other British company in the university contract.
