asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what plans he has to meet the principals of Scottish universities.

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will meet the vice-principals of Scottish universities to discuss their relationship with the rest of Scottish post-school education.

My right hon. Friend will meet the Scottish university principals on 24 February, when matters of mutual interest will no doubt be discussed.
