asked Her Majesty's Government:

When the Code of Good Practice on the Employment of Disabled People will be published following consideration of a draft code of the Manpower Services Commission on 26th July.

The Minister of State, Privy Council Office, and Minister for the Arts (The Earl of Gowrie)

The Manpower Services Commission are expected to submit their proposed code of practice to the Secretary of State for Employment shortly. The final arrangements for publication have not been settled.
