§ Mr. Boyesasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what was the total number of residential places provided by all local authorities in England under section 21 of the National Assistance Act 1948 (a) per 1,000 population of pensionable age, (b) per 1,000 population aged 75 years and over and (c) per 1,000 population aged 85 years and over on 31 March for each year between 1976 and 1982, inclusive.
