§ Sir George YoungMy right hon. Friend continues to take up those aspects of performance by local authorities in implementing the right to buy which he considers give cause for concern. A list of those authorities, including outer London boroughs, with which my Department has been in contact of right-to-buy progress was given in answer to my hon. Friend the Member for Staffordshire, Moorlands (Mr. Knox) on 26 January at column 656–66. If my hon. Friend has a particular problem in mind I should be grateful if he would write to me.
