What are the international research programmes and international research bodies in which both United Kingdom and the Soviet union are at present working.

The United Kingdom and the Soviet Union participate in research programmes carried out by a number of United Nations bodies, specialised international organisations and other agencies. These include UNESCO, the World Health Organisation and the World Meteorological Organisation. A complete list could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
