§ Mr. MacfarlaneMy right hon. Friend has received several representations about proposals in the Welwyn Hatfield district plan affecting green belt land. In addition a number of representations were received from individuals and organisations in Hertfordshire about the draft green belt circular which was recently the subject of consultation.
