§ Mr. MacfarlaneSeveral representations have been received recently on the Welwyn Hatfield district plan and proposals it contains. Because of an objection by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to one of these proposals, my right hon. Friend will call in the plan for his own decision unless the objection is otherwise resolved. No recent representations have been received on the Hertfordshire county structure plan affecting the Welwyn Hatfield constituency.
