§ Dr. J. Dickson Mabonasked the Minister for Trade what representations he has made to the European Economic Community Commission about its proposed regulation on exclusive distribution agreements as they affect the distilling industry.
§ Dr. VaughanThe distilling industry is concerned about some of the provisions in the proposed regulation. In September I wrote to Mr. Frans Andriessen, the Commissioner responsible for competition, about the provisions on the appointment of competing manufacturers as sole distributors. Representations have also been made at meetings between member States and the Commission.
