Mr. Banks

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will set out the cost of collecting dog licences, together with the sums collected, for each of the past three years.

  1. (a) Jobs in firms which had moved into or set up in the zones during the period June 1981 to May 1982, the latest date for which information is available. The number of new jobs is not available but is at least 650.
  2. (b) Number of firms which had moved into or set up in the zones during the period June 1981 to May 1982.
  3. (c) Number of firms given in column (b) which are new companies.
