§ Mrs. Dunwoodyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will institute an inquiry into the prescription of addictive drugs by private doctors.
§ Mr. MayhewWe expect to receive shortly a report from the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs on the treatment of people with drug problems and we will consider in the light of the council's recommendations whether further action is necessary.
