§ Mr. Wigley asked the Secretary of State for the Environment when his Department will be commencing consultations with interested organisations on section 6 of the Disabled Persons Act; and if he will make a statement.
§ Sir George Young:The Departments concerned will shortly be issuing a joint circular on the implementation of the Disabled Persons Act 1981. The appropriate consultations can then begin.
