§ Mr. Peter MorrisonI am aware of a number of recent publications by Youth Aid on youth unemployment and the youth opportunities programme. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State announced on 21 November a major expansion of the youth opportunities programme for the young unemployed, and the continuation and development of the scheme of unified vocational preparation for those who are employed.
