§ Mr. WaddingtonA notice of preparation of a draft order under the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act 1946 was published on 10 October 1980. No objections were made to the draft order and my hon. and learned Friend therefore made the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) (Amendment) Order 1980, which is due to come into operation on 1 February 1981.
