§ Mr. Georgeasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he has received the report from the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service on whether a wages council should be established for the contract cleaning industry.
§ Mr. John Grant,pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 26 March 1979; Vol. 965, c. 18], gave the following answer:
No. I understand from the Service that its investigations have not yet been concluded and that its report is expected to be made towards the end of this year.
