Mr. Hooley

asked the Prime Minister what special action will be taken to co-ordinate the preparation of the British negotiating position at the UNCTAD V Conference.

The Prime Minister

The principal responsibility for preparation of the British negotiating position rests with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade. There are arrangements for co-ordination with other Ministers concerned.
