Member for Newham, North-West about an individual, details of whom have been sent to him, who received almost £3,000 in social security benefits though refusing to get up to go to work and for whom his Department has purchased or supplied with money to purchase an alarm clock; and whether he will publish in the Official Report an answer to the various queries as contained in the Member's letter.
