HC Deb 30 November 1977 vol 940 c268W
Mr. Sproat

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he will itemise all the component benefits paid to Mr. T. Murphy, of Goswell Row, Newbury, Berkshire, that have totalled £2,898 from social security in two years;

(2) what is now the weekly income of Mr. T. Murphy, of Goswell Row, Newbury, Berkshire, in cash and value of kind, from all public sources, including social security benefits, rent and rates rebate, training allowance &c.; and if he will itemise these sources of income.

Mr. Orme

Although some information has been made public as a result of court proceedings it would be contrary to the Department's policy to disclose details of payments of social security benefit to individuals without their consent.
