§ Mr. Trotterasked the Secretary of State for Industry when it is estimated that the inquiries of Whinney Murray and Company into the affairs of companies nationalised under the Aircraft and Shopbuilding Industries Act will be completed; and when he expects the majority of the former owners of the companies to receive their compensation.
§ Mr. KaufmanWhinney Murray and Company is making satisfactory progress in its investigations and will be submitting reports during the next few months. Settlement of compensation will depend on progress of the subsequent negotiations.
