Mr. Lawson

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer in which financial year public sector gross domestic fixed capital formation, as defined for the purposes of Table 7 of Command Paper No. 6721, "The Government's Expenditure Plans", last fell below the figure shown for that item for 1978–79 in Table 7 in real (volume) terms; and if he will publish a table showing public sector gross domestic fixed capital formation, at 1976 survey prices, for that financial year and each succeeding financial year up to and including 1978–79.
