Why the report on roads in Scotland for 1974 was not presented to Parliament until January 1976 and apparently not available until some time later: and when the similar report for 1975 will be available.
§ Lord KIRKHILLThe late publication of the 1974 Report was mainly attributable to delays in obtaining certain necessary statistical information. The Report was available from Her Majesty's Stationery Office on 8th January 1976 and I am not aware that there was any difficulty in obtaining copies. I hope the 1975 Report will be published early in December.
