asked Her Majesty's Government:

In view of the Government Statement that the cost of the Geneva Conference is £36,000 per week, how much does each delegation to the conference cost.

The total cost of the Rhodesia Conference in Geneva in the week ending 19th November was approximately £30,000. This includes payments by Her Majesty's Government of about £3,000 per week per delegation towards hotel expenses. In addition, Her Majesty's Government pay the cost of two hired cars for each delegation to the conference.
