HC Deb 26 May 1976 vol 912 cc268-9W
Mr. Christopher Price

asked the Attorney-General what action he is taking to ensure that lists of solicitors with skill and experience in professional litigation should be available to the public on demand, as recommended by the first report of the Lay Observer.

The Attorney-General

My noble Friend has drawn this suggestion to the attention of the Law Society. The Law Society will soon be distributing on a wide basis lists of firms of solicitors indicating the categories of work that they are willing to undertake on legal aid.
