§ The Attorney-GeneralFrom the coming into operation on 5th January 1976 of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Regulations 1975, SI 1975, No. 2213 Northern Ireland, until 21st May 1976 directions for prosecution for contravention of the provisions of Regulation 3 have been given by the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland in respect of 13 cases.

§ The Attorney-GeneralI have received representations in relation to prosecutions for homosexual offences in Northern Ireland from the 1974 Committee for Homosexual Law Reform. I have acknowledged these representations and have initiated inquiries on the subject so as to enable me to reply.
