asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will list in the Official Report the various bodies in Yorkshire and Humberside to which he makes appointments.

My right hon. Friend makes appointments to:

  1. (i) Boards of Visitors for the following Prison Service establishments:
    • Yorkshire
    • Askham Grange Prison
    • Leeds Prison
    • Northallerton Prison
    • Thorp Arch Prison and Remand Centre
    • Wakefield Prison
    • Hatfield Borstal
    • Wetherby Borstal
    • New Hall Detention Centre
    • Humberside
    • Hull Prison
    • Everthorpe Borstal
  2. (ii) Local Review Committees which have been established for the purpose of the parole system at the following Prison Service establishments:
    • Yorkshire
    • Askham Grange Prison
    • Leeds Prison
    • Northallerton Prison
    • Thorp Arch Prison
    • Wakefield Prison
    • Humberside
    • Hull Prison

He also appoints the Chairman of the Licensing Planning Committee at Kingston-upon-Hull which has been established under the Licensing Act 1964.
