§ Dr. OwenHospital authorities have no responsibility for administering allotments, although they sometimes lease temporarily surplus hospital land for agricultural or allotment use. Hospital boards have been advised to dispose of any land no longer required for National Health Service purposes—in accordance with established procedures.
