§ The Prime MinisterIf, in writing to me, hon. Members ask for the return of documents enclosed with their letters, I invariably comply with their requests, My hon. Friend made no such request in his letter of 16th April but I have now forwarded to him the two photostat copies of documents which he sent to me.
