§ Mr. Dykesasked the Prime Minister whether he will invite the President of France and the Chancellor of West Germany to meet him to discuss the building of a stronger European Community; and if he will make a statement.
§ The Prime MinisterI had useful and wide-ranging discussions with Chancellor Schmidt in Bonn on 19th June and with President Giscard d'Estaing in Paris on 19th July. I have no plans at present for further meetings.
