Coventry has not yet given permission. I am satisfied that the proper procedures are being followed. The council sent me copies of representations which it had received from 48 individual residents, the Browns Lane Ratepayers Association, the Conservation Society of Warwickshire and the Allesley and Coundon Wedge Conservation Society.
