asked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will now publish the report on the means of promoting high standards of design in Government building, which has been in his possession since January.

The report was sent as a consultation document to a number of interested bodies, the professional institutions and the Press on Friday 19th July. A copy was simultaneously placed in the Library. I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer given to my hon. Friend the Member for Whitehaven (Dr. Cunningham) on Friday 19th July 1974.
