asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will seek to ascertain how many former employees of the Pudsey Borough, Howforth Urban District and Aireborough Urban District Councils had not yet received their local government pensions or severance pay by 1st June and 1st July 1974.

No. These are matters of local administration, and I suggest that the hon. Member should approach the West Yorkshire County Council for information about local government pensions and the Leeds District Council for information about compensation for loss of employment.
