§ Mr. Churchillasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he hopes to complete consideration of the implications of the outcome of the debate on rates on 27th June, and if he will undertake to make a statement before the recess on his policy towards the introduction of an urgent measure of interim relief to assist these areas where ratepayers are faced with substantial increases.
