§ Mr. AlisonSuch information as is available about the number and percentage of national insurance beneficiaries receiving national assistance/ supplementary benefit has been published each year in my Department's annual report and in the annual reports of the former Ministry of Social Security and National Assistance Board. Information for the years 1967 to 1972 is summarised in Tables 34.31 and 34.99 of "Social Security Statistics 1972" (HMSO 1973). Information for 1973 is not yet available.
