asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will list the provisions of the law which allow a Scottish legal citation to be served in Northern Ireland for an accused person to appear before a Scottish court.

A Scottish legal citation for an accused person to appear before a Scottish court for the purpose of any proceedings under the customs or excise Acts can be served in Northern Ireland under Section 282 of the Customs and Excise Act, 1952.
