Mr. Mudd

asked the Minister of Aviation Supply how many claims regarding alleged damage caused by supersonic testing of civilian aircraft were received by the Ministry of Technology Claims Commission in respect of the United Kingdom during the period 1st April, 1969 to 31st March, 1970.

asked the Minister of Aviation Supply what was the total sum claimed by United Kingdom residents in respect of alleged damage caused by the supersonic testing of civilian aircraft during the period 1st April, 1969 to 31st March, 1970.

asked the Minister of Aviation Supply what was the total sum paid by the Ministry of Technology Claims Commission for damage attributable to supersonic testing of civilian aircraft during the period 1st April, 1969 to 31st March, 1970.

asked the Minister of Aviation Supply how many payments were made by the Ministry of Technology Claims Commission in respect of accepted claims attributable to supersonic testing of civilian aircraft over the United Kingdom during the period 1st April, 1969 to 31st March, 1970.

No claims or payments were made in this period. Supersonic flights over land by Concorde did not begin until 1st September, 1970.
