§ Mr. J. H. Osbornasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (1) if he will issue a White Paper outlining the extent of British investment, return on investment, public aid in the form of bi-lateral and multi-lateral grants and loans, the return in form of interest and exports, the value of commodity agreements, the nature and value of British export and import trade with the new Commonwealth of developing nations, as against the old Commonwealth, South Africa and Rhodesia, and the rest of the world;
(2) if he will issue a White Paper assessing, in terms of trade, investment, defence, and economic affairs, the past, and potential value in the future of Great Britain to the newly independent Commonwealth countries, the old Commonwealth, including Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, Southern Africa, including South Africa and Rhodesia, as against Europe, including the European Free Trade Association and the European Economic Community.
