HC Deb 25 March 1970 vol 798 c424W
Mr. Buchanan-Smith

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland how much money has been paid to local authorities and development corporations, respectively, for the conversion or improvement by them of dwellings since the passing of the Housing (Scotland) Act, 1969 to the nearest convenient date; how many dwellings have been improved or converted; and how this compares with the similar period of each of the previous three years.

Mr. Ross

There can have been few improvements approved since the Act came into force on 25th August, 1969 which have been completed and paid for.
