§ Mr. RossDiscussions about camping and caravanning in Scotland are proceeding with the Crofters Commission, the Countryside Commission for Scotland 425W and other bodies, including Sutherland County Council. I can assure my hon. Friend that the interests of the crofters are being fully borne in mind.
