§ 74. Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Minister of Transport what has been the result of his approach to local authorities designed to speed up the flow of road traffic generally and in large cities in particular; and what further action he now proposes taking to improve traffic flow.
§ Mr. MulleyI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer I gave him on 24th February. In addition, urban authorities are sending me their traffic and transport plans showing how they intend to relate their traffic and parking policies to their road capacities.
