§ Mr. TaverneThe Scottish proportion of oil duty receipts was calculated on the basis of the records of inland deliveries in 1967 and 1968 to dealers and commercial users published in Table 41 of the "Ministry of Power Digest of Energy Statistics 1968 and 1969". The allocation for hydrocarbon oil duty in Table A of the Scottish Budget should have lead £80 million and not £90 million as published.
