Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what were the circumstances and medical advice on which he decided that a boy born and registered as such on 29th April, 1935, with documentary evidence and legal authority to the effect that he was a male, should be allowed to register and pay contributions as a female to the National Insurance funds.
