asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what guidance the Land Commission have given on the question of levy on the sale of dwelling houses and their gardens.

The Land Commission has issued a Practice Note, Number 11, which deals with levy on dwelling houses with land attached, and I will send a copy of it to my hon. Friend.
